40 Days of Believing God – Day 30

This morning, I was dealing with some financial issues at church (where I work). Those issues in turn have an impact on our family finances.

It would have been easy to give into worry and anxiety. It was tempting.

Then I saw it. Something I’d written on a note card just a few minutes earlier.

“Jesus is present with you.”

He’s not just the God of 2,000 years ago. He’s not just the God of the future. He’s the God of the here and now. He’s present with you. Right now. In this moment. Jesus is here.

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth..”  (John 1:14)

God became human and lived with us.

God. Became human. And lived with. US. With YOU.

Jesus lives with you. Today. You don’t need to ask for His presence. He’s already present with you. Right now.

God is with YOU.

Are you afraid?

God is with YOU.

Are you in pain?

God is with YOU.

Are you discouraged?

God is with YOU.

Are you worried?

God is with YOU.

YOU. God is with YOU.
